We have worked incredibly hard to become one of the leading mobile valeting and detailing companies in North Wales. We ask that you kindly read and understand our terms and conditions and more importantly respect our staff.
Cancellation & Deposits
We ask that a 20% deposit is paid upfront on booking. Once a deposit is paid and you have been asked to read these Terms & Conditions and confirm, you are agreeing to our terms of business.
We have a strict cancellation policy for detailing, last-minute cancellations can be extremely damaging to our company.
If you cancel your detail within 48 hours of the booking, you will be liable for payment in full. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, travel issues, work commitments, or personal emergencies. An invoice will be sent to the address provided, and legal action will be taken if the balance is not paid. Failure to pay will result in recovery of associated costs, including interest and debt collection fees.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before your booked date. Any reschedule request made within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the terms in the section above.
Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel or reschedule due to illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Maintenance Scheme
Buff Detailing will only honor maintenance booked monthly. Anything over a month isn’t maintenance to us.
If you have had a busy month and been offroading, hiking, had a child be sick or an extremely unfortunate accident in your car, its not a problem!
Just please contact us and let us know the issue before our agreed meet. As more time on your car we didn’t expect can cause us to be late for our next client, become unreliable and diminish the good and honest name we have built as a business.
Failure to do so will result in added charges.
Terms
Buff Detailing is a mobile service at your workplace or doorstep. We require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power. Due to insurance purposes, as well as staff and vehicle safety Groovy Detailing will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on the main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. We also can not work in pay and display car parks.
If your home address or the location you wish for the work to be carried out in has any of the above issues, please contact us first. we always try our best to have a backup plan and are willing to help.
Buff Detailing can not control acts of traffic, acts of God or acts of others. If Buff Detailing has to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident, it will be within 14 days of the original booking.
If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges WILL apply. We advise if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated upon the day before any work commences.
On every job pictures and videos will be taken of your vehicle, these are used primarily for social media promotion for Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and on our website. If you wish for your vehicle not be photographed or would like your registration plate covered please make us aware before your booking commences.
Upon every booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the address and email given which you will of supplied upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed wage, we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances.
